No professional advice
Hyperix builds software. Content on this site, in the blog and in the demo is general information, not medical, legal, regulatory or financial advice. Decisions about patients, products, claims and compliance stay with you and your licensed advisers.
The demo
The CRM demo runs on sample data. Names, orders, patients and figures are fictional. The demo assistant is AI and its replies can be wrong. Do not enter personal, patient or confidential information. Demo conversations are limited in length and frequency.
Figures and examples
Figures, screens and examples show how the product works. They are not a promise of any result.
Fair use
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, the application or the demo.
- Do not scrape the site or point automated tools at the demo.
- Do not submit false or unlawful information, or someone else’s details.
Ownership
The site’s text, design, code, illustrations and demo belong to Hen Marketing LLC. WooCommerce, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Cal.com, Ascend Bio Labs, BioMod, Zova Labs and other names and logos belong to their owners. They identify integrations and brands our teams have worked with, with no endorsement implied.
Third-party services
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and runs under Cal.com’s terms. Services we do not operate are their providers’ responsibility.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, Hen Marketing LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the site.
Changes
We update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
