Who we are
Hyperix designs and builds custom CRM systems for peptide brands, medical clinics and telehealth operators. Hyperix is a brand of Hen Marketing LLC. In this policy, “we” means Hen Marketing LLC, trading as Hyperix, and “site” means this website, including the application and the CRM demo.
What we collect
What you give us, plus the basic request data every website receives.
- Your application: your name, email, mobile number and business website, your consent to be contacted about this application, approximate monthly revenue, and the main bottleneck you want solved (with a short note if you choose “something else”). If you arrived from one of our links, the type of business that link was for.
- A partial application: when you finish the contact step and agree to be contacted, we save your contact details, so an application you do not finish can still get one reply by email, WhatsApp or text.
- The demo chat: the messages you type into the CRM demo, used only to produce the reply.
- Bookings: your name and email are passed to the Cal.com calendar so you do not type them twice. What you enter there is collected by Cal.com under Cal.com’s own privacy policy. Cal.com sends us the booking details (your name, email, the time you picked and any changes to it) and links them to your application, so we can prepare for the call.
- Request data: our hosting provider processes standard data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
What we do not collect
- Patient information. The application asks for business details only. Do not send patient names, diagnoses, records or treatment details.
- Advertising or tracking data. The site loads no advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.
- Cookies of our own. We set none. Cal.com may set its own cookies once its calendar loads, which only happens after you finish the application.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether we can help.
- To contact you about your application and your audit.
- To prepare and run the audit.
- To run the demo and protect the site from abuse.
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who handles it
- Vercel hosts the site and processes request data.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar and sends us booking updates.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp carries that conversation under its own terms.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, filled in the contact form. It reads browser signals for that check under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- When the demo assistant runs on a live AI model, your demo messages pass through the Vercel AI Gateway to the model provider to generate the reply. Otherwise replies come from a fixed script.
How long we keep it
Demo conversations are not saved. To limit abuse, the demo keeps a count of requests per network address that only covers the last ten minutes.
Application, partial application and booking details are kept while we evaluate and follow up on your application, and deleted when you ask.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of what you sent us, a correction or a deletion. Email henrynguyeninfo1@gmail.com and we handle it.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
